In the case of invoices in emails, we scan your email every 6 hours to find new invoices. Every week, we scan your email for the past 7 days to ensure that Vuala hasn't missed any invoices.
In the case of invoices from online portals, we run the scan every 2 weeks to detect new invoices. Keep in mind that in 90% of online portals, invoices are issued once a month.
