Airtable: what it is and how to integrate it with Vuala

Airtable is a cloud-based collaboration platform that combines the features of a spreadsheet with those of a database. It allows users to create and manage databases that can store various types of information in a flexible and visually appealing way.

How to integrate Airtable with Vuala

☝🏼 Please note that you need to have an Airtable account in order to integrate it with Vuala.

To integrate Airtable with Vuala, follow these steps:

1. In the Vuala main dashboard, click on “Add invoice source”. ➕

2. Search 🔍 for “Airtable” and click on “Connect”.

3. After clicking on “Connect”, you will see a pop-up saying: “Before we download your invoices... which Airtable Empresas invoices do you want?”. Here, Vuala will ask you which invoices you want to download: the last 30 days' Airtable invoices or the last 90 days' invoices. Apart from extracting past invoices, Vuala will also extract the invoices that appear in Airtable from now on. Once you select your timeframe, click on “Next”. ⏳

4. Now, you will be asked to log in to Airtable . Click on “Login to Airtable”. 🔑 and read the instructions below.

5. After clicking on the login button, you will see this iframe appearing. Here is the Airtable login website loading. It can take up to 15 seconds to load. ⏲️

6. Once you see the Airtable login website, log in to Airtable and the pop-up will close automatically. 🔓

7. Now, the invoices will start downloading automatically. If they don’t download in the next minute, it means there’s a bit of a queue on the servers. It can take up to 24 hours maximum. 🕐

8. You will see Airtable already connected :)

Deactivate Airtable integration

To deactivate the Airtable integration, just go to the Vuala Dashboard and remove the connection by clicking on the bin button. 🗑️
