Orange: what it is and how to integrate it with Vuala

Integrate Orange with Vuala and make easy to download all your Orange invoices

Orange S.A. 🌍📡 is a multinational telecommunications corporation headquartered in France. It is one of the largest telecom operators in the world, providing a wide range of services, including mobile and fixed-line telephony, broadband internet, and digital television services.

How to integrate Orange with Vuala

☝🏼 Please note that you need to have an Orange account in order to integrate it with Vuala.

To integrate Orange with Vuala, follow these steps:

1. In the Vuala main dashboard, click on “Add invoice source”. ➕

2. Search 🔍 for “Orange” and click on “Connect”.

3. After clicking on “Connect”, you will see a pop-up saying: “Before we download your invoices... which Orange Empresas invoices do you want?”. Here, Vuala will ask you which invoices you want to download: the last 30 days' Orange invoices or the last 90 days' invoices. Apart from extracting past invoices, Vuala will also extract the invoices that appear in Orange from now on. Once you select your timeframe, click on “Next”. ⏳

4. Now, you will be asked to log in to Orange. Click on “Login to Orange”. 🔑

5. After clicking on the login button, you will see this iframe appearing. Here is the Orange login website loading. It can take up to 15 seconds to load. ⏲️

6. Once you see the Orange login website, log in to Orange and the pop-up will close automatically. 🔓

7. Now, the invoices will start downloading automatically. If they don’t download in the next minute, it means there’s a bit of a queue on the servers. It can take up to 24 hours maximum. 🕐

Deactivate Orange integration

To deactivate the Orange integration, just go to the Vuala Dashboard and remove the connection by clicking on the bin button. 🗑️
