Zoom: what it is and how to integrate it with Vuala

Zoom is a cloud-based collaboration platform that combines the features of a spreadsheet with those of a database. It allows users to create and manage databases that can store various types of information in a flexible and visually appealing way.

How to integrate Zoom with Vuala

☝🏼 Please note that you need to have an Zoom account in order to integrate it with Vuala.

To integrate Zoom with Vuala, follow these steps:

1. In the Vuala main dashboard, click on “Add invoice source”. ➕

2. Search 🔍 for “Zoom” and click on “Connect”.

3. After clicking on “Connect”, you will see a pop-up saying: “Before we download your invoices... which Zoom Empresas invoices do you want?”. Here, Vuala will ask you which invoices you want to download: the last 30 days' Zoom invoices or the last 90 days' invoices. Apart from extracting past invoices, Vuala will also extract the invoices that appear in Zoom from now on. Once you select your timeframe, click on “Next”. ⏳

4. Now, you will be asked to log in to Zoom . Click on “Login to Zoom”. 🔑 and read the instructions below.

5. After clicking on the login button, you will see this iframe appearing. Here is the Zoom login website loading. It can take up to 15 seconds to load. ⏲️

6. Once you see the Zoom login website, log in to Zoom and the pop-up will close automatically. 🔓

7. Now, the invoices will start downloading automatically. If they don’t download in the next minute, it means there’s a bit of a queue on the servers. It can take up to 24 hours maximum. 🕐

8. You will see Zoom already connected :)

Deactivate Zoom integration

To deactivate the Zoom integration, just go to the Vuala Dashboard and remove the connection by clicking on the bin button. 🗑️
